The coaching has been extremely valuable- I particularly enjoyed Anne Maree’s practical exercises enabling me to see myself moving on from my old role and being confident in my new post. She helped me to set goals and ambitions and talked through how I could achieve these. She was never afraid to disagree with my preconceived ideas about how I should reach these goals but found a way to improve on my ideas.
